Here we do the work to fully understand your business and goals, taking a deep dive into both qualitative and quantitive data. We then begin to define what that data is telling us through a series of recommendations and requirements that clearly define what we will make and how we will make it.
In the execution phase we start building the frame and picking out paint colors. This is often the most anticipated part of any project because we really start to see what all that strategy work has led up to.
