The close of the Definition Phase also brings about a close to the larger Discovery Phase as a whole. As such, this will mark a significant milestone for the project. Almost without exception we will present a broad Discovery Key Findings Report back to the client. Additionally, we will deliver a written report as a leave behind after our presentation.
In both cases, the Discovery Key Findings Report is meant to recap the work we have just completed. We articulate a narrowly tailored and thoughtfully prioritized list of general key findings about the project at large. Additionally, the report will include a list of prioritized, high-level recommendations for going forward. Finally, the report will include as much of our raw documentation from the various Discovery exercises and activities as makes sense for a given client.
